To complete your replacement in the case of a major damage, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photo evidence of the item within 1 business working day after receiving goods - please email this information to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following titles:
Subject line: [First name, Last name] - Return Request
We will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will offer a full refund only if we are unable to ship to your location. In this case your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to 10 working days to receive funds.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or if you received the incorrect item/s. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to the above issues, you must contact our support team within 1 business working day after receiving goods with your claim and send to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further help.
