DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
FREE local delivery is available for orders over $45 ONLY within AUSTRALIA.
Please note there have been major disruptions which are still being experienced in Victoria. These disruptions may delay deliveries between locations within Victoria
Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.
Due to COVID-19 our deliveries to overseas countries depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Our estimated delivery time is between 6-25 days. With Christmas/ New Years coming around it's a busy period, thus delays may be anticipated. Restrictions and operating constraints are causing delays in most countries.
Unfortunately we may not be able to ship to every country. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your order in full.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Plan Brand is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.
The Plan Brand is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
